Hannah service representative was incredibly helpful, polite, understanding and kept in constant contact with me during the whole process. I don’t live in Athabasca, but the team members got me to where I was staying, got me back to my truck when they were done and got me back on the road to home. The team members who drove me back and fourth were amazing and friendly. The mechanic did a good job and was fairly quick about it, great job. It’s hard to find good staff that have good energy, great service like this, keep up the fantastic work. I Highly recommend Koch Ford especially for their great customer service! Less

Amazing customer service and work! The only downside is that they are so busy it takes a while for them to be able to get you in to get the work done.
Excellent service, friendly & efficient staff! I would definitely recommend Koch Ford Athabasca to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle! Koch Ford will be where I purchase my next vehicle!
