They told me I needed to ask for synthetic oil but I bought my truck there and have been taking it there for the seven years of service. I thought they might have on file what kind of oil I use, didn't think I would have to ask for synthetic......UPDATE...i got a call from Ford the next day and they fixed the oil issue. I've been coming here for seven years without any issues and this first issue was dealt with very professionally. Thanks Koch Ford for service. Less
Customer service are great!
Parts department is always friendly and helpful. The fresh coffee is welcome as well. My first stop whenever I start a repair project.
