The rear end howls and no it's not the tires, also getting told by them its normal for a truck of that age, 2006, to howl and have leaks, well it's not normal! Maybe you guys should clearly do inspections better, will not recommend to anyone! Have already saved 6 people from buying a ford here Less

The staff at Koch Ford were amazing from start to finish. It started with Wendy who was extremely helpful on the phone to John the Service Manager who went the extra mile for us. He came to talk to us numerous times to let us know what was happening with our vehicle. Brandon, our mechanic stayed well after close to ensure our vehicle was ready so we could get home to our kids. Had it not been for him we would have had to stay the night. Great service and great staff. We highly recommend Koch to everyone. Less

Since I didn't know how big the problem was I asked about renting a car. Wendy went above and beyond to line something up for me. The problem ended up being small so no rental needed. But the service department was able to fit in an oil change and regular maintenance check. So instead of a wasted day the staff at Koch Ford made my day. Thank you John and all your staff. Less
