It was a good quick solution, I got a call & my vehicle would be ready before the original finish date. I went to pick up my vehicle & it looked exactly the way it should. I got a rental through them had a small problem they solved it right away, if I need any other body work done I would definitely take my Equinox back. They kept me involved, during the entire process, the work done was excellent and they did everything possible to keep my experience has stress free as possible, it was a great experience I would recommend Koch auto body to anyone needing auto body repair.
