My initial call to Koch was lost and was surprised when Jessica messaged me right after. It was easier to text because the reception was so shotty. They were able to get my vehicle completed in close enough time for me to leave the campground. When I got to Koch Renee went over everything with me and the service guy (I wish I remembered his name) answered all my questions and even showed me my torn air ride. They communicated with me and eased most of my stress on my holidays. I thank them so much and would recommend entirely for their amazing service and friendliness of staff. Less
