The team at Koch did absolutely everything in their power to help me out when it was determined I'd need a new engine, from stopping work before racking up unnecessary fees, to searching for used parts for me, and finally dealing with the disposal when the repairs would be more than the vehicle was worth. Koch Ford made sure I understood what was happening, and were wonderful in the followup, offering replacement vehciles and really just going above and beyond any service I've ever had at a dealership before.
