When I called Koch they said that it is covered under warranty because the vehicle is 9 months old. They said that they could not find the leak and blamed it on an antenna installation that I did ( that was no where near the area where the leak was happening ). They charged me labor and returned the vehicle to my wife because I was at work. She saw that the interior was a mess the headliner was covered in dirty hand prints. She cleaned the interior because I would have blown my top if I saw it in that condition. On that weekend I recreated the leak in the roof and proceeded to find out exactly where the water was coming from. That is when I noticed that the interior panels were not fitting right. I proceeded to remove the panels and found bent and broken tabs and clips on two interior panels. I was documenting and sending the pictures to the service department and getting madder at everything that I discovered was damaged by Koch. Koch reported that they could not see the leak. Well neither could I. I had to use an inspection camera to see it because there was a wire loom in the way of the problem. I found that the leak was coming from a loose nut that held the plastic roof rail trim. I removed the nut and dried out the area and put a little sealant and put the nut back on. I put the interior back together and proceeded to clean the truck box out that they left muddied up and remove the glued in center brake light that they glued in. I cleaned up the mess and made a new gasket for the brake light and reinstalled it. Koch service said that they would order the parts and fix my truck. It has been over 1 month and I haven't heard from them with an update or timeline. I am not going to take my vehicle back to them. I am reporting this incident to Ford and to AMVIC. Less
