From the very beginning, Cassandra, the Operations Manager, was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to help my husband and me in every way possible, making us feel genuinely valued and taken care of. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mike in Sales, and he was just fantastic—friendly, professional, and a great guy to have a laugh with, just like an old friend. Everyone we interacted with, including the staff in service and at the body shop, was wonderful.
