I was offered refreshments and the use of their internet. My wait was just over an hour so shorter that my first oil change at the Edm service area. The check list was gone over thoroughly and all questions satisfied. A very nice facility with welcoming, knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back as I learned things about my maintenance plan I did not realize. Thank you for,the Koch touch and kindness! Jane McMillan Less
