The staff at Koch Ford were amazing from start to finish. It started with Wendy who was extremely helpful on the phone to John the Service Manager who went the extra mile for us. He came to talk to us numerous times to let us know what was happening with our vehicle. Brandon, our mechanic stayed well after close to ensure our vehicle was ready so we could get home to our kids. Had it not been for him we would have had to stay the night. Great service and great staff. We highly recommend Koch to everyone. Less

Since I didn't know how big the p… MoreAn emergency visit turned into a worthwhile experience. My car wouldn't start so a call to Koch Ford and they fit me into their service department schedule. Since I didn't know how big the problem was I asked about renting a car. Wendy went above and beyond to line something up for me. The problem ended up being small so no rental needed. But the service department was able to fit in an oil change and regular maintenance check. So instead of a wasted day the staff at Koch Ford made my day. Thank you John and all your staff. Less

They told me I needed to ask for synthetic oil but I bought my truck there and have been taking it there for the seven years of service. I thought they might have on file what kind of oil I use, didn't think I would have to ask for synthetic......UPDATE...i got a call from Ford the next day and they fixed the oil issue. I've been coming here for seven years without any issues and this first issue was dealt with very professionally. Thanks Koch Ford for service. Less
